Winter

We are currently having the coldest winter on record in 14 years. Generally we have very mild winters, perhaps one or two nights dipping below the freezing mark, but never staying that cold for very long. This year, we are actually experiencing a "hard freeze" (that's what the weatherman calls it) and have had temps below the freezing mark for an extended period of time. Bottom line: it's cold. Very cold. We never get snow down here, at least none that actually sticks to the ground, but this year we got snow! Still none that lasted, or even really stuck on the ground, but we had snow! Bring on the sun and heat now, this cold weather is so 2009.
